Response for Waters

Councilman Waters has not heard a lot from constituents on these matters. (We have been in hibernation, remember.) I invite him to participate in the open forums that are proposed in this script and by Lange and Pedrow. My guess is that there will resound a major sentiment toward restricting – nay, eliminating – Longmont’s growth. Just an educated guess, underscored by comments continuing to be made to the Times-Call. And as I said above, if providing affordable housing for the teachers, public safety employees, and hospital workers is what the citizenry want to do badly enough, there are within-stasis means to do so.

As of 30 June, Waters has returned to town and is more up to date now.  See a later page for my notes from a conversation with him today.
